The Pathmaker Community is grounded in human-centred fundamentals. The three primary delivery mechanisms are:
Membership services include:
To access the Pathmaker Community, you need to apply to purchase a community membership. Fees are set out in the Pathmaker Community Membership section of the katebilling.com website or as otherwise agreed with our Director Membership & Operations.
Membership fees are invoiced upon acceptance of your application and are payable on the 20th of the month following the invoice date.
Optional member social events may incur additional costs not covered by your annual membership fee.
We may increase the membership fee at any time by giving you at least one month’s notice. If you do not accept a notified membership fee increase, you may choose not to renew your membership.
We have two application windows per year, aligned with our in-person immersions:
Your membership is valid for a 12-month term, aligned with your start cycle.
Membership will automatically renew at the end of your cycle. We will contact you via email 6–8 weeks prior to renewal to confirm your details and communicate any changes to membership fees.
By you: You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] with at least one month’s notice. Your membership will remain valid for the remainder of your cycle. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
By us: We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time. If we do so, your access to all community services ends immediately. A full or partial refund may be issued, depending on timing and circumstances.
We expect all members to participate in a respectful and supportive manner aligned with the values of the Pathmaker Community. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for behaviour that undermines the integrity or wellbeing of the community.
All community resources and intellectual property remain the property of katebilling.com or its third-party licensors.
Members are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licence to use resources for their internal work, home, or community purposes in pursuit of their leadership goals. Modifications or redistribution beyond reasonable use with teams or colleagues is not permitted.
These terms should be read alongside our [Privacy Policy], which sets out how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to any member is limited to the amount of membership fees paid within the relevant 12-month period. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you have a concern or dispute about your membership, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the online community platform.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver membership services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
